Carla had barely raised her blood pressure as she exercised halfheartedly on the elliptical machine and stared out the window. Cold Case. She just couldn’t wrap her mind around the fact that the police were giving up. Sweat dripped from her brow, her face was flushed, and she felt as though she wanted to vomit. She chugged some water and wiped her face, then tried a lighter weight and successfully completed a set, even if it was a little on the shaky side. Read more of this post

March 2011 Newsletter

March is one of my favorite months of the year. With the arrival of spring, days get longer, temperatures rise, and the landscape grows more verdant as poppies and crocuses poke through the winter-battered soil. It is a great time to embrace new beginnings, start new ventures and clear out the clutter in your life. Read more of this post
